In the last decade, HEAL has contributed approximately $2 million in support of our local autism community. The funds raised for HEAL, stay here to support organizations in our community…the First Coast. HEAL serves the Florida counties of Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns.
HEAL's newest initiative is iHEAL – iPads Helping Enrich Autistic Lives. After witnessing the progress students with autism are making with iPads, HEAL was inspired to purchase 390 iPads to date and donate them to Exceptional Student Education (ESE) classrooms in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns counties. It is because of the iPad, Lanier and many others who are non-verbal, now have a voice.
TEAM HEAL is a group of young professionals who are passionate about increasing advocacy and awareness of autism in our community. TEAM HEAL is HEAL's new young professionals board.
