About Us

From a little girl helping my grandmother buy investment property to support herself in the 50's and 60's, to becoming a real estate agent in 1990, I have always had a love of houses. In 1990, I left my career as a paralegal and joined a local real estate firm in the
DC Metro area. In 2022 my husband Chuck and I bought our home in St. Augustine and I affiliated with One Sotheby's International Realty. With over 30 years experience and over 1000 sales, I am looking forward to helping people in St. John's County with all their real estate needs from luxury homes, starter homes, new construction, historic homes, beach homes, ''right-sizing'', 55+ communities and investment properties.
